To the extent that the gdpr is applicable, references to “personal data” shall also include personal data as defined in the gdpr.

Our officers, management and staff members will, at all times, respect the confidentiality of and endeavor to keep safe any and all personal data collected and / or stored and / or transmitted and / or used for, or on behalf of, the company.
- The company will endeavor to ensure all its collection, storage, transmission and other handling of usage of personal data will be done in accordance with the ordinance and (if applicable) the gdpr.
Data retention your personal data will be processed and stored by us only for a period necessary for the purposes for which the information is collected. Generally, if you are a member of our customer loyalty programme(s), we will keep your personal data as long as you remain a member thereof, although we may keep it longer in order to respond to any questions, claims or complaints or to comply with legal, accounting or regulatory requirements. When we no longer need to use your information for those purposes, we will remove it from our systems and records
